01 - 1 cup (120 g) shelled roasted unsalted pistachios
02 - 2/3 cup (80 g) dried cranberries

03 - 5 oz (150 g) high-quality dark chocolate (at least 60% cacao), chopped

04 - Flaky sea salt, to sprinkle

# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend pistachios and dried cranberries evenly.
03 - Using a double boiler setup, gently melt the chopped dark chocolate, stirring continuously until smooth.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate over the nut and fruit mixture and stir gently to coat all pieces uniformly.
05 - Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking surface, spacing each cluster to avoid contact.
06 - Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on each cluster if desired to enhance flavor.
07 - Place the clusters in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes or until the chocolate solidifies.
